meh, i think its just the lowest req possible, and any mods that are max. Sundering is way over rated IMO. If its req 12 or 10, i dont consider it perfect because it could be better. If it could be made better, i dont consider it perfect.

I enjoy the 15/-1 for the same reason I like vamp. The damage is always there, and the little degen isn't going to come remotely close to killing you. 15^ is nice, but a little overrated imo. And finally, req doesn't matter much to me since I usually have either 13 or 16 in weapon of choice anyway.
Back to the question at hand - generally speaking, perfect is when the weapon is max damage, the damage mod is maxed, and the two other mods are max too. Example: 15-22 15/-5 10% furious armor +5 fellblade. People will try to say it's not perfect because it doesn't fit the 15^ 20/20 +30 stereotype, but it is. Might be worth less, but that's not because it's not perfect, but because the majority of the populace likes those mods more for some unknown reason. |

id say max mods of whatever types..
but to most people, reeealy desireable are low req, 15^50 or some conditional that will apply to them, and maybe more importantly, high/max mods. personaly i prefer armour and zealous, and a set with +health. for caster stuff, perfect is really really unlikely from drops/chests. you might get a "perfect" staff, but its actully abit pants. so for caster stuff i look at collectors and crafters, and greens... |

pefect is an opinion to everyone, even if there are many commonly agreed on that th 15^50 20/20 +30 as perfect, i think my req 8 zodiac longbow 15 stance 5/1 amror +5 is perfect too
